Duties
- Prepare and assemble gourmet sandwiches according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sandwich station and kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning in the front and back of house
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation and cooking processes
- Serve customers promptly with friendly, professional service while ensuring order accuracy
- Follow all food handling protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or culinary environments with a focus on sandwich or meal preparation
