What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Manager position at Organic Kids LA/Rosemary and Thyme?
We have two businesses. Organic Kids LA has been in operation for 12 years and Rosemary and Thyme (our artisnal sandwich shop) has been in business for for 2 and a half.
We are seeking a managerial position in our kichen for both spots. Someone who can do scheduling and keep labor and food within budget.
We have a well oiled machine in terms of the organization of our school lunches. It's probably not something you have done before. We care about the quality more than most. We also care about our employees deeply. If people feel respected and appreciated, the food you make will taste better.
There is little room for harrassment or ego of any kind.
