Position Type: Per Diem (hours scheduled based on business needs; no guaranteed minimum number of hours)

Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience

ORG Services is seeking a reliable Cannabis Delivery Driver to join the Affinity Grow team. This role is responsible for safely transporting cannabis products throughout Connecticut while ensuring timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with physically demanding work.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate company delivery vehicles to transport Affinity Grow products to designated locations throughout Connecticut.
• Load and unload products safely.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while following all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including shipment tracking and customer signatures.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery updates, questions, or concerns.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety issues.
• Perform physical loading, unloading, and movement of products throughout the workday.
• Represent Affinity Grow professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Connecticut driver's license.
• Driving record that meets the Company's standards and is acceptable to the Company's commercial automobile insurance carrier.
• Ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) screening as a condition of employment.
• Ability to comply with all applicable state regulations and Company policies governing the transportation of cannabis products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cannabis delivery driver, courier, or in a similar transportation role.
• Experience operating commercial vans or box trucks.
• Familiarity with GPS and route navigation systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Ability to load and unload products throughout the workday.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime, as business needs require.
