Replenisher – Warehouse Associate
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed
Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience (DOE)
Position Summary
OrePac Building Products is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Replenisher to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will operate powered industrial equipment to replenish inventory, maintain accurate stock levels, and support efficient warehouse operations.
This is an active, hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While previous forklift experience is preferred, we provide paid training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts, combilifts, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Replenish warehouse inventory by moving products to designated storage locations.
- Perform inventory counts during replenishment and make system inventory adjustments using RF scanners.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with warehouse leadership to identify and correct root causes.
- Inspect products for damage and report issues according to company procedures.
- Stage, stack, and organize materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse aisles and work areas.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic forklift maintenance, including propane refueling and fluid checks.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- One or more years of warehouse experience.
- Previous forklift or powered industrial equipment experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems.
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent:
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing, and reaching.
- Lifting and moving up to 60 pounds independently.
- Team lifting up to 100 pounds when necessary.
- Working at elevated heights using warehouse equipment.
- Operating powered industrial equipment safely throughout the shift.
Work Environment
- Warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
- Frequent work at elevated storage locations.
- Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Safety-sensitive position requiring the use of company-provided PPE.
