Key Responsibilities
- Prepare therapy areas and ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and ready for use.
- Assist residents with safe transfers to and from therapy sessions, following proper protocols.
- Support therapists during treatment sessions by providing necessary materials and assistance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and help with administrative tasks as directed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of therapy supplies and equipment.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards throughout the therapy department.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to assist with resident transfers and equipment setup.
- Previous experience in healthcare or therapy support is preferred but not required.
