Our greenhouse is the heart of our operation, where we start and nurture high-potency plants like Ashwagandha, Milk Thistle, and Artichoke. We prioritize soil vitality and holistic growing methods to produce the highest quality raw materials for wellness supplements.
The Role
We are seeking a focused Greenhouse Specialist to manage our indoor growing environment. This is a specialized role centered on the early life cycles and climate-controlled health of our medicinal crops. While we require previous greenhouse experience, we are happy to train the right person in our specific biodynamic protocols.
Direct Greenhouse Responsibilities:

Propagation & Seeding: Managing the delicate start of medicinal herbs, ensuring high germination rates.

Biodynamic Climate Care: Monitoring temperature, humidity, and ventilation to meet the specific needs of supplemental crops.

Organic Nutrient Management: Applying biodynamic preparations and organic liquid feeds to starts and container plants.

Pest & Disease Monitoring: Daily Scouting for issues and utilizing biological controls (beneficial insects) within the greenhouse ecosystem.

Transplanting: Moving young Ashwagandha and Artichoke starts into larger vessels with precision and care.

Greenhouse Maintenance: Ensuring the facility remains a clean, organized, and sterile environment for organic production.
What You’ll Need

Greenhouse Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience working in a greenhouse or nursery setting.
