We recently moved into a newly remodeled building that was specifically redesigned with both our staff and clients in mind. We put a lot of thought into everything from the layout and size of the offices to the colors, lighting, and overall atmosphere.

In fact, several of our clients have told us that walking into our office feels more like walking into a spa than a mental health clinic.

We think that's a pretty good compliment.

And then there's the money.

We know that starting out as a therapist doesn't always mean starting out with a great income. That's one thing we do differently. We have a very strong bonus program that rewards therapists for building a successful caseload, giving motivated therapists the opportunity to earn considerably more than they may expect at other places.

But we're not just interested in finding someone who wants to make money.

We're looking for someone who wants to become a really good therapist.

With more than 50 years of combined experience in our office, there's a lot of knowledge sitting around the building. We want to pass that knowledge along to the next generation of therapists.

You'll have experienced clinicians around you who are willing to answer questions, share what they've learned, and help you navigate those first years of practice.

And you won't be thrown into a giant agency and treated like another number.

We're a local outpatient practice with a small, experienced team, a supportive environment, a beautiful new office, supervision included, and a compensation program that rewards hard work.
