We are currently seeking an Office Manager to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you
will be the go-to resource for critical operational functions and will serve as an assistant to the Vice
Presidents, particularly in the Finance and Administration department. Your responsibilities will
include staffing the front desk, handling accounts payable, overseeing facilities management, and
being the point of contact for office subcontractor relationships, among other duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff the front desk to manage deliveries, mail, and provide assistance for on-site and hybrid
- Prepare and process accounts payable accurately and on time.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring the office is well-maintained and compliant with
- Serve as the point of contact for IT, printer/copier services, and postage contracts.
- Maintain impeccable records, including technology inventory, contracts, and financial
documentation.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a basic understanding of non-profit office management
- At least two years of related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn financial software.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a keen attention to detail.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position located at our downtown Portland office.
