Duties may also involve teaching lower-division history surveys related to the Instructor’s areas of expertise. The Instructor will have the opportunity to teach graduate students enrolled in upper-division courses and to design new courses that speak to their interests. The teaching load will include a combination of synchronous in-person courses on the Corvallis campus and asynchronous courses on OSU’s vibrant and highly ranked Ecampus. Additional information about curriculum can be found here.

We are committed to the equity of opportunities, and strive to promote and advance diverse communities. We value and proactively seek genuine participation from these historically under-represented and underserved groups, and recognize them as an essential component of creating a welcoming and rich academic, intellectual, and cultural environment for everyone.
