OSCU Wealth Management is seeking a Licensed Investment Associate to support our Wealth Management advisors and serve our members with expert guidance on investment and insurance products. In this role, you’ll build and maintain account relationships, educate members on financial planning, and promote investment services both internally and externally.
You’ll work independently and collaboratively to execute security transactions, analyze member financial data, and recommend suitable products. Your work will include administrative support, project tracking, and event coordination, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This is a dynamic role that blends financial expertise, relationship-building, and public engagement.

Technical & Financial Expertise
- Knowledge of investment and insurance products, including annuities, IRAs, retirement plans, and custodial accounts
- Experience executing security transactions and handling money movements
- Strong analytical and research skills for evaluating member financial needs
- Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuide Pro, Retirement Forecastor, Albridge Wealth Reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong public presentation abilities for seminars and webinars
- Ability to educate members and staff on financial products
- Professional demeanor with empathy and tact in member interactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and compliance
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database applications
- Event coordination and promotional strategy implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Investments (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of investment services experience
- Must hold or be able to obtain Oregon Life Insurance license, Series 7, and 63, 65 or 66 licenses within 6 months
