Primary Responsibilities
- Set up and conduct sleep studies using specialized monitoring equipment.
- Score and analyze sleep data to ensure diagnostic accuracy.
- Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy during titration studies.
- Ensure patient safety and maintain precise documentation by clinical standards.
- Educate patients on PAP therapy and equipment use.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with monitoring and PAP devices.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care plans.
- RPSGT certification and formal clinical training.
- Proficiency in sleep study setup, scoring, and PAP therapy.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Excellent patient care and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience conducting pediatric sleep studies.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and digital clinical workflows.
- Leadership experience or background in training new staff.
- Understanding of insurance processes and pre-authorizations.
