High-school diploma or equivalent. Related security, corrections, military, first-responder or behavioral-health experience and customer-service experience are preferred. A qualifying driver’s license is preferred.
AHA Healthcare Provider BLS and DPSST temporary or full unarmed certification are required within 14 days; full DPSST certification and Legacy de-escalation training within 120 days.

- Base pay: $20.24–28.93 per hour; non-union.
- Schedule: On-call; variable day/night schedule, weekends and holidays; 12-hour shifts. A 10% on-call differential and minimum shift availability apply.
