We are seeking a hands-on Art Department Manager with a solid screen printing background to lead daily art operations and drive marketing opportunities.
This is a working leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — production comes first.
Position Summary
The Art Department Manager oversees daily art workflow, ensures artwork is press-ready, and holds the art team accountable to deadlines and quality standards. This role requires a self-starter who communicates clearly, collaborates with Production and Sales, and leverages marketing skills to support client growth.

- Screen printing production experience required
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator required
- Experience creating press-ready separations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Marketing, social media, or digital support experience
- Engaged, hands-on manager — not hands-off
- Self-starter who owns results and drives accountability
- Production-focused and detail-oriented
- Collaborative with Sales and Production teams
