We are looking for a motivated, dependable LED Outdoor Lighting Installation Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
- Daily Preparation
- Review daily job forms, photos, and project details
- Organize and clean company vans
- Ensure all products, materials, and tools are loaded for the day’s job
Installation
- Review project scope and checklist with Crew Lead
- Take ownership of trenching and installation prep work
- Complete assigned tasks according to company standards
- Assist with landscape lighting installations and system setup
Job Site & Vehicle Cleaning
- Maintain a clean and orderly job site each day
- Clean and organize the vehicle interior at the end of each shift
- Complete additional cleaning assignments as needed
Teamwork & Growth
- Move with purpose and maintain a strong work ethic
- Follow direction from Crew Lead
- Ask questions and accept coaching and feedback positively
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry tools/materials
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Construction, landscaping, electrical, or outdoor lighting experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour
- Optional Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days
