Key Responsibilities
- Residential & Commercial Cleaning: Perform high-quality cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitation, and deep cleaning.
- Detailed Space Maintenance: Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living/office areas to our company’s high standards.
- Equipment & Supply Management: Safely handle, mix, and organize cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude when interacting with clients on-site.
- Teamwork & Efficiency: Work efficiently both independently and alongside team members to complete scheduled jobs on time.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality checklists and client specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: No professional cleaning experience required, but a strong eye for detail is a must (paid training provided).
- Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance to travel between job sites.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Attributes: Punctual, honest, reliable, and a great communicator.
- Background Check: Must be willing to undergo a standard background check.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
