About the Role
As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients embarking on their orthodontic journey. You’ll guide them through treatment options, explain financial arrangements, and provide exceptional support throughout their care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present treatment plans and educate patients on procedures and benefits.
- Discuss financing options and assist with payment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate scheduling.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
