The Oregon Department of Justice’s Trial Division is seeking a Legal Support Services Manager 1 to guide and strengthen the work of the Trial Division.

In this position, you will offer strategic leadership to a small team of seasoned paraprofessionals and the Legal Support Services Supervisor 2, while providing indirect oversight of the Legal Support Services Supervisor 1. You will guide recruitment and staff development, ensure consistent, high‑quality legal support practices, and work closely with Trial Division leadership on workflow, policy execution, and performance management. It will also help assess and enhance eDiscovery platforms to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving needs. In addition, the role will coordinate and deliver training aimed at promoting consistency, building expertise, and supporting high‑quality work across the entire division. The insight and leadership provided in this position will help ensure the Trial Division remains adaptable, efficient, and well‑equipped to respond to the changing landscape of discovery.

If you bring a team‑focused, innovative leadership style and enjoy working where excellence and collaboration matter, we invite you to explore this key role with us!
