Denver’s County Court is seeking to fill an Operational Supervisor I position. This individual will supervise and coordinate activities of technical and/or paraprofessional workers engaged in supporting the Court.
About Our Job
Duties include but are not limited to:
Requires an Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field and three years of clerical experience working with the public, explaining policies and procedures with a minimum of one year experience in a court or law related field.
A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the minimum education and experience requirement, except for the one year of experience in a court or law related field.
Completion of the Career Service Authority supervisory training course by the completion of probation.

- Supervises a team of 10 or more employees.
- Manages the operations of the division which include customer service, work flow, policies and procedures and scheduling.
- Provides training, team building and assists employees with difficult and/or unusual assignments; encourages innovation.
- Supervisory duties include conducting hiring interviews, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary action and verification and accuracy of payroll timesheets.
- On daily basis resolves high volume of problems and mediates conflict encountered during daily operations and determines appropriate solutions; promotes teamwork.
