  • Develop, review, and revise compliance knowledge assets to ensure alignment with applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Review marketing and advertising pieces or initiatives to help ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with compliance training functions, including creating, preparing, conducting, reviewing, and tracking training as needed.
  • Monitor pending or proposed regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to management when assigned.
  • Support regulatory audits and examinations by gathering applicable data, documents, and materials, and assisting business lines with verification of findings and remediation plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance practices, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and promote a positive compliance culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in deposit and lending operations.
  • Experience identifying, interpreting, and reporting critical information to leadership, individual contributors, auditors, senior managers, and supervisory committee members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and overlapping projects with dependencies across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across departments, build cross-functional relationships, and influence independently.
  • Effective research, writing, and analytical skills, including the ability to work with large amounts of data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
