Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed properly.
- Communicate product information and promotions to customers.
- Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with stock management and product displays is advantageous.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store.
- Some marijuana knowledge is preferred
