Qualifications & Skills – Inventory Control Specialist
- 1-2 years’ experience in a receiving warehouse environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience in inventory flow systems.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Understanding of all relevant safety, quality, and housekeeping standards for the entire warehouse.
- Basic proficiency in using a computer, i.e. NetSuite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
- Must be able to obtain a valid and current forklift certification.
- Current Utah Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities & Duties – Inventory Control Specialist
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Drive company vehicle to pick up materials and run other errands, as necessary.
- Complete and analyze inventory adjustments for monthly counts, cycle counts, audits, and bin checks.
- Record and process all paper documentation for all receiving protocols.
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Operate a forklift and other machinery to load, unload, sort, store in inventory, stage products for production, and transport products.
Pay & Schedule
- Full-Time Day Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
- Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands.
- $19-$23 per hour, DOE.
