Position Overview
The Elementary Teacher will:
Provide high-quality instruction aligned to TEKS and district curriculum
Create a structured, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
Use data to drive instruction and support student growth
Collaborate with grade-level teams and participate in Professional Learning Communities
(PLCs)
Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
Support campus initiatives focused on student achievement and growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Valid Texas Teaching Certificate (PK–5, EC–6, or appropriate certification area)
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Commitment to teamwork and continuous professional growth
Experience with elementary learners preferred
