About the RoleWe’re looking for an energetic and creative TikTok Dance LIVE MC to curate trending music, hype up the audience, and keep our livestreams exciting, interactive, and on-brand. This role is perfect for someone who understands TikTok culture, music trends, and how to create high-energy livestream experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Select and mix trending songs for TikTok LIVE sessions
- Hype up the audience with energetic shout-outs and maintain a fun livestream atmosphere
- Collaborate with dancers, moderators, and operators during livestreams
- Adjust playlists and music flow in real time based on audience engagement and feedback
- Support themed events, campaigns, tournaments, and special livestream activities
- Troubleshoot basic livestream or audio issues during streams
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, viral sounds, and popular music
- Basic MC and mixing skills; livestream experience is a plus
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Tech experience with OBS, TTLS, PC, and Mac
- High energy, outgoing personality, and strong communication skills
- Coachable and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced livestream environment
- Reliable internet connection and flexible availability for evening/weekend events
- Prior experience in livestreaming, entertainment, music, or MCing preferred
- Full-time Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST
- Hours may flex depending on special events and campaigns
- Compensation: Hourly rate performance bonuses
