About the Role:
As a Service Plumbing Technician at Order a Plumber Inc., you’ll be part of a modern plumbing company that leverages today’s technology to deliver Fast, Reliable, and Guaranteed Services. You’ll work directly with residential and commercial customers, performing high-quality service while using industry-leading tools and software to stay organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using advanced tools and technology.
Utilize Housecall Pro (HCP) to manage jobs, estimates, and customer communication.
Present solutions and estimates to customers with confidence and professionalism.
Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, professional communication.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and integrity on every job.
Requirements:
Proven service plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial).
Knowledge of modern plumbing methods, codes, and materials.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro is a big plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Commission Bracket System: Earn additional pay based on performance and sales, with tiered commission brackets. The more you produce, the higher your commission percentage.
