Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our café. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Serve food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and management, ensuring efficiency during peak hours.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash registers and retail math is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
