Who:

As Orchid grows its portfolio, there is a need for supporting our clients better. We’re looking for a Digital Producer  to join our Americas team in New York. You’ll work at the heart of the agency, very closely with our Accounts and Creative Teams across the globe, to bring projects to life with clarity and quality. 

What You’ll Do:

• Lead an array of projects from start to end, from scoping to delivery of final assets to our clients
• Act as the main point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear and consistent communication, and proactive management
• Collaborate with Account Managers to manage accounts successfully, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.
• Simplify briefs, define project scope, communicate with everyone to translate into actionable plans with the creative and production teams, monitor progress, identify risks ( if any), and ensure that deadlines are met 
• Drive our Production, Creative, and Strategy teams to ensure final outputs align with the client’s vision and Orchid’s quality standards.
• Ensure deadlines are met , by close collaboration and constant communication with the creative team
• Gather feedback from clients and share it with internal teams, with an eye for quality
• Prepare reports,  update forecast trackers for projects and internal tools to ensure processes run efficiently
• Support business development efforts to grow accounts
• Create and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth delivery

What you bring:

• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar role, open for freshers too with great energy and passion to make a career in this industry
• Fluency in spoken and written English, and any other Asian language is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and projects
• Comfort working across time zones with multicultural, geo-located teams
• Strong operational and change management mindset to navigate evolving needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams while actively identifying new opportunities for improvement
• A sharp eye for detail in design quality and administrative accuracy
• The ability to understand client needs deeply and align Orchid’s offering to meet them effectively
• Effective at building relationships and influencing clients across diverse cultures and background
• Strong communicator and structured problem-solver—you bring order without slowing momentum
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines, with accountability
