What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Orchid Behavior?
Orchid Behavior is looking for BCBA's who have worked with Medicaid Clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise behavior therapists on your team
- Conduct assessments
- Develop treatment plans and provide services, which are in line with the outcome goals
- Train staff in observation, data collection and implementation of behavior protocols
- Member in good standing of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Maintain certification as a BCBA in the state of Illinois
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Minimum of two years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with autism
- BCBA certification required
- Compassionate and a team player
- Must pass a Background Check
