What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children (ages 2–10) in a play-based setting
- Implement behavior and teaching programs designed by supervisors
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Ensure children are safe, engaged, and supported
- Track progress using digital tools (iPad/Chromebook)
- Manage behavior using positive strategies
- Collaborate with your team and communicate effectively
- Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings (within a limited radius)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passionate about helping kids grow and succeed
- Open to feedback and continuous learning
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active
- Comfortable using technology (iPad/Chromebook)
- Reliable transportation
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Location: Must be local to or willing to relocate to Issaquah, WA (in-clinic role)
Bonus Qualifications
- RBT or CBT certification
- AA or BA in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- 12 months of ABA experience
- Experience with data collection platforms
