Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k per year. There is no cap on earnings.

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• An active and unrestricted Georgia real estate license and are located in Greater Atlanta.
• 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2 years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
