Compensation
This is a commission-only (1099) position. The average full-time fully ramped Brokerage Leader earns $120,000 to $200,000 per year. There is no cap on earnings.
What We Are Looking For
- Active and unrestricted California real estate license and located in the greater San Diego, CA area
- 5 years of experience as a licensed agent. Managing broker license preferred.
- 3 years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
- At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months
- A track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing one
- A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
- Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company-supplied lead pipeline
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
