Seasonal Warehouse & Yard Associate
Location: Zillah, WA
Position Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (April - September)

This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the agricultural supply industry while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The position is full-time, with potential for seasonal overtime and opportunities for long-term employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management – Receive, organize, and maintain stock levels for irrigation and agricultural supplies.
- Order Fulfillment – Accurately pick, pack, and prepare sales orders for safe transport to customers and regional locations.
- Warehouse & Yard Operations – Work independently or with a team to load/unload trucks, move products, and maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Customer & Sales Support – Assist sales staff by locating products, packaging shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Equipment Operation – Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical equipment to handle materials.
- Safety & Maintenance – Conduct pre-use inspections of equipment, report maintenance needs, and uphold a clean, professional facility.
- Inter-Location Transfers – Assist in processing and shipping inventory between company locations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and carry 50-70 lbs. and perform physically active tasks.
- Experience loading and securing materials on flatbeds or pickup trucks is a plus.
- Basic math skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members.
- Forklift experience preferred; certification provided if needed.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, with potential Saturdays during peak season.
- Outdoor & warehouse setting – exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and warehouse equipment.
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
