💼 What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement personalized respiratory therapy plans
- Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
- Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist with breathing exercises
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers on discharge planning
🎓 What You Bring:
- Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Valid Ohio license and BLS certification
- 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred)
