Responsibilities Include:

The Licensed Practical Nurse’s duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents’ care, and implementation of schedules for residents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Unencumbered LPN license in the state in which we operate
• LTC/SNF experience preferred
