$32- $45 per hour based on experience
What You Will Do
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure quality care
- Support a positive and respectful environment for residents and team members

- Active LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
