Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Foreman to lead a crew in the Fresno, Madera, Merced County and surrounding areas.This full-time role (45–55 hours/week, early mornings) involves supervising agricultural chemical applications, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records, and coaching a team of up to 6 workers. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish-English) communicator, has a valid CA driver’s license with a clean record, and possesses strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills. Pay is bi-weekly and based on experience and qualifications, including the potential to earn more with a Qualified Applicator’s License.
Requirements:
· CA Driver’s License with clean record.
· Spanish speaker
· 45-55 hours per week.
o 5am – 4pm
o Monday – Friday with an occasional Saturday.

Job Duties:
· Organize and supervise the application of agriculture chemicals.
· Coach and develop the crew to maximize application and efficacy rates.
· Keep track of application details and chemical use.
· Evaluate performance and give feedback to the Field Manager.
Job Pay Scale Depending on the following:
- Qualified Applicator’s License (or the ability to pass the test)
- Job experience and qualifications

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
