What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and referrals
- Conduct tours and guide families through the decision-making process
- Coordinate assessments and collaborate with clinical leadership
- Manage the move-in process from start to finish
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships in the community
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
