Position: Resident Assistant (Caregiver)
Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available
What You'll Do
As a Resident Assistant, you will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by providing compassionate care and meaningful interactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Serving meals and assisting residents during dining services.
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Participating in activities, celebrations, and special events.
- Supporting residents living with dementia with patience, kindness, and dignity.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition.
- Responding promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Completing documentation and following community policies and procedures.
- Working together with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care.
