Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)
Hood River, OR | Evenings & Weekends Required
We’re a family-owned bowling center in Hood River looking for a friendly, reliable
Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, customer-
facing role focused on creating a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Answering phones and handling reservations/inquiries
- Operating the point-of-sale system
- Providing courteous, attentive service
- Performing basic cleaning and facility upkeep
What we’re looking for:
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
- Team player who’s dependable and punctual
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Prior customer service experience a plus, but not required
- Bonus if you are 21 & over and are able to obtain your OLCC Alcohol Servers Permit.
