Overview
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Crew Members to join our team. This role involves working outdoors in various conditions, performing tasks related to landscape maintenance and construction projects. Experience is not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks
- Perform activities including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, weeding, and irrigation system management
- Carry out tree care tasks such as tree trimming and removal as needed
- Engage in hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate machinery is a plus
- Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care principles
- Strong understanding of maintenance practices for both equipment and landscapes
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
