Orchard Hill Dental is looking for an organized, compassionate, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating patients, coordinating care, and helping them confidently move forward with treatment.
Responsibilities include:
- Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
- Scheduling treatment for optimal patient care
- Following up on unscheduled treatment
- Verifying insurance benefits and coordinating with patients
- Building lasting relationships through exceptional communication
- Working closely with the doctor and clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Dental experience preferred (2 years chairside)
- Experience with Eaglesoft or Open Dental is a plus
