Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physician role based in Nashville, GA. The Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosing and treating medical conditions, managing chronic illnesses, and promoting preventive care. Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing diverse medical conditions, and experience with preventive care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with patients and a healthcare team
- Ability to provide continuity of care, with a focus on patient-centered and compassionate approaches
- Proficiency with digital communication for patient care, including phone, text, and email interactions
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and an active, unrestricted medical license in Georgia
- Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine preferred
