Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various vehicle systems using advanced automotive diagnostic tools.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to execute repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during mobile service visits.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including auto estimating documentation and service reports, adhering to dealership standards.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or extensive background as a service technician in automotive repair environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge across vehicle maintenance disciplines including powertrain, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics software and interpreting schematics for troubleshooting.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair tools.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
