Job Description
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing creator campaigns on TikTok Shop focusing on short-form videos and shoppable livestreams. The Affiliate Manager will oversee the sourcing of TikTok creators within TikTok’s Affiliate Management tool as well across other creator management toolsets.
Additionally, the Affiliate Manager will run affiliate campaigns on TikTok Shop, including identifying relevant TikTok creators, writing campaign copy, and using TikTok’s affiliate and creator marketplace tools. After each campaign, the Affiliate Manager will provide reporting on the successes achieved in the campaign.
This job requires extended periods of time in front of the computer. Most of the day-to-day involves messaging with hundreds of creators to address their questions, needs and concerns. It’s an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with creators and industry professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on communication with TikTok creators through TikTok’s Affiliate Management tool
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Identify and recruit top-performing affiliates and influencers within the beauty and lifestyle niche
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling promotional offers and exclusive deals
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize affiliate efforts
- Reporting the relevant metrics and successes of affiliates and affiliate campaigns
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media agency, creator agency, or affiliate marketing
- Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Working knowledge of relevant affiliate tools, HubSpot, and social media metrics
- Experience in database management with Excel and report generation
- Comprehensive knowledge of top creators, social media trends,and affiliate marketing industry developments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in identifying trends within large data sets for strategic decision-making
- Excellent client service skills with the ability to address customer needs and concerns
- Effective time management and prioritization skills for multitasking
- Proven track record of collaboration across internal teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while achieving strong results
- High level of organizational skills and autonomy to meet and exceed goals
