Order Picker/Packer

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Pick/Packer to support our livestream and social commerce operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that customer orders from live shows are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment accurately and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well on a team, and takes pride in delivering a high-quality customer experience. The Pick/Packer will help keep our fulfillment process running smoothly during live events and daily order fulfillment.

Job Overview Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders from live shows and e-commerce sales with speed, accuracy, and care to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or packing role (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible, part-time hours, including evenings or weekends for live shows
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves

• Experience with e-commerce or livestream order fulfillment
• Familiarity with shipping platforms (e.g., Whatnot, Shopify, or similar)
• Interest in social commerce and live shopping
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to take on additional operational tasks as needed
