Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for partial remote work. The .NET Developer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET technologies. Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting software issues. The role also requires implementing features, optimizing application performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming fundamentals
- Experience with Software Development and .NET Core frameworks
- Strong skills in ASP.NET MVC and hands-on exposure to web application development
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team collaboration and communication abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in public sector or nonprofit technology projects is a plus
