- Analyze and assess existing document structures and workflows to ensure seamless migration.
- Develop and implement migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand migration requirements and provide technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain documentation for migration processes, including best practices and lessons learned.
- Monitor and report on migration progress, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in document management and cloud storage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in document migration projects involving Google Drive, SharePoint, and Box.com.
- Strong understanding of cloud storage solutions and document management systems.
- Proficiency in data migration tools and techniques.
