Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Apprenticeship Compliance Officer at ORCA Compliance Group, LLC. The role involves managing and overseeing prevailing wage reporting processes, ensuring compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), providing legal consulting on contract law, and preparing legal documents related to compliance matters.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience of apprentice program compliance
Ensure all aspects of apprenticeship programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Analyze program details and create compliance reports for clients
Knowledge of prevailing wage reporting regulations
- Experience in compliance management
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
