Brands within the Orbus Visual Communications group include The Exhibitors' Handbook®, The Promo Handbook™, Nimlok®, Fabric Images®, SEG Systems & Services®, and SignPro Systems®.
We are currently hiring for a Art Coordinator for our Las Vegas, NV location.
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm (onsite 5 days a week)
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Helping to organize and distribute paperwork associated with our graphic orders
- Processing orders through our automated preflight software and distributing the paperwork associated with these orders to our print team
- Working to maintain all schedules and deadlines
- Communicating with our art team to ensure timely distribution of paperwork
Qualified Candidates Should have The Following:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Capable of navigating through a website with ease
- A detail-oriented mindset, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills, professional attitude, and maturity
- Verbal and written communication skills
- A team-player attitude
