Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Party Host to ensure each celebration runs smoothly and guests have an enjoyable experience. The Party Host will be responsible for greeting guests, managing party activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent hospitality skills, the ability to work with children, and attention to detail to ensure safety and organization throughout the event.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet the birthday child, family, and guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in procedures and direct them to the appropriate party area.
- Confirm that all required safety waivers are completed prior to the event.
- Process cash transactions accurately when applicable.
- Help set up tables, decorations, plates, cups, napkins, and other party supplies to create a festive atmosphere.
- Keep the party area clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary items throughout the event.
- Serve pizza, cake, drinks, and other refreshments in a friendly manner.
- Ensure that all activities run smoothly and guests are engaged in a fun and safe environment.
- Assist with hospitality duties related to working with children during parties.
- Teach a 20 minute skate lesson to each party and host 30 minutes of skate games.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Strong hospitality skills with a welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to process cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage setup and cleanup efficiently.
- Good communication skills for interacting with guests of all ages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards creating memorable celebrations.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
