Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Position Summary
The Warehouse Teammate plays a key role in outbound warehouse operations, ensuring products are stored, picked, and shipped accurately and safely. This position requires adherence to all company safety policies, participation in required training, and collaboration with other team members to meet operational goals.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position within the Warehouse Operations team.
Responsibilities
Outbound Operations
- Pick, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify outbound shipments for accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain clean and organized staging areas and loading docks.
General Duties
- Operate all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and according to company procedures.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and follow all safety and company policies.
- Support other departments such as inventory control, order picking, or kitting as needed.
- Suggest improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and basic equipment.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for most of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: Starting at $19.00 per hour (non-exempt; eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state wage laws).

Additional Information
- Occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work may be required based on business needs.
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
